The total cycles on the graph that are overlaid are 4,258 running a Decoupled 3 process on press WIIM 37. This process is a very repeatable process vs. a Decoupled 2 process. It will dramatically reduce the effects of material viscosity change that is normal in most processes. The proof is in the graph demonstrating the repeatability of what the part is seeing inside the mold cavities. We measure the part quality from the “plastics point of view.”
